This week we continued with some changes to the Teacher's Dashboard based on feedback we received. In addition, we added a section in the dashboard for the class's dictionary in order to improve the teacher's experience and visibility.
Furthermore, we made improvements to the UI and alignments to the wireframes. The changes included colors that would suit best based on feedback and tools we learned.
A change to the general flow has also been made, children will first add positive words and only then continue with the regular flow. This change came up after the whole process we made and understood that it will have a better affect this way.
Lastly, we wrote the initial script for our product's film and fixed parts according to Noah's feedback.
On the technical side:
We finished the development of the in app keyboard:
The keyboard could be defined as the default keyboard of the phone
The keyboard receives the input from the user
A "toast" notification pops up once user writes an inappropriate word from the hardcoded words we entered.
Next step: Connect to the table we created in Airtable via exposed API.
