Finding a main problem - Week 3

This week we have decided to focus on our main domain - Online Data.

We have decided about three main problems, which we would like to further investigate.

The chosen problems are:

1. Lots of environmental information that exists online but people are not aware of it's existence or is not accessible to them

2. Cyberbullying and it's affect on youth and children

3. Social networks and their impact on social discrimination

We are very curious about each of the above subjects.

In order to choose or find a main problem, we conducted few more interviews, this time with relevant end users in order to find a problem to deal with.

Finally, after we conducted a group meeting and discussed the problems that raised up from the interviews, we decided about our leading problem - Social networks and their impact on social discrimination.

Then, we started to draft our naïve persona based on a synthesis of our leading problem.
