This week was all about further researching, narrowing our problems creating an Empathy Map and defining our How Might We? question.
After our presentation last week, we decided to talk to parents whose children were not necessarily bullied by others. We recruited parents through mutual friends, and through WhatsApp and Facebook groups. The interviewees were parents of adolescents ages 11-14.
The collaboration with the parents led us to more insights, and interesting perspectives we haven't heard of until this point.
After reading past research and conducting interviews, we decided to create an "Affinity Diagram" in Miro. The affinity diagrams helped us organize all the information we collected into groups of similar items. In addition, it helped us analyze and synthesize user research findings by patterns and topics
With all our gathered data, we built our Empathy Map.
